eLearning & Coaching Agreement

User Access & Content

1. Click 2 Learn will provide access to our Learning Management System (LMS) for the specified number users for a maximum of 6 months.
2. Specified users will have access to the agreed learning materials throughout the duration of the agreement.
3. Extended access periods need to be agreed in advance and a signed extension agreed in writing.
4. Additional users can be added by a supplementary agreement.
5. Access to additional content & coaching services are subject to a new agreement.
6. Click2 Learn retains all intellectual property rights and course material may not be copied or distributed beyond the terms of this agreement.
7. The company must not share any of the course material with any third party.
8. User details must be provided prior to being given access to the course content.
9. Login details must not be shared with any other users not named in this agreement.
10. Coaching and improvement workshops shall be pre-arranged with Click2 Learn no less than 15 working days before date of commencement.
11. Changes or cancellations to pre-arranged coaching or improvement workshops should be no less than 5 working days prior to commencement.

Data Protection:

1. All data captured will be held in accordance with Click2 Learn GDPR policy.
2. User reports and LMS data will only be shared with a nominated representative of the recipient company.

Testimonials, Marketing and Case Study- Business users only

1. The Recipient consents for a case study to be created on completion of training/coaching activity and for it to be used for future marketing of Click2 Learn’s products and services.
2. The Recipient will allow the use of their logo on Click2 Learn’s website for promotional purposes.

Cancellation Policy:

1. We reserve the right to remove The Recipient or any individual from the LMS at any time if there is evidence of misuse or inappropriate conduct by users, including but not limited to; offensive language, racial or sexual material or abuse of other users on the platform.
2. This Agreement is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, English law.
